The premier and Oldest Gravel Fondo on Vancouver Island is on for 2023
On Sunday, May 7th, 2023 the 6th Annual Cowichan Crusher Gravel Fondo will showcase the amazing scenery of Vancouver Island, BC and specifically the Cowichan Valley.
Featuring 3 Distances in 2023
• Piccolo / Beginner Fondo (Approx 25kms)
-Start and finish in Lake Cowichan
-Beginner to Intermediate level cyclist
• Medio Fondo (Approx 55kms)
-Start and finish in Lake Cowichan
-Beginner to Intermediate level cyclist
• Full Fondo (Approx 95kms)
-Start and finish in Lake Cowichan
-Intermediate to expert level cyclist

Start Location: Lower Ballfield, Lake Cowichan Rec Centre
