When: August 31st, 9:30am-4:30pm
Where: Glenridge Acres
Cost: $80 Early bird ($100 after Aug 22), $60 for Juniors
A full day of cyclocross instruction covering everything from proper remount and dismount technique, to starts, to cornering, to (functional) bunny hopping. The clinic will be led by current National Champion, Michael van den Ham. Michael has taught over a dozen clinics over the course of his career and shares the tips, tricks, and techniques gleaned for years of racing and training.
Rough Schedule
9:30-10:00 – Registration and Functional Warm-Up
10:00-12:30 – Morning Session including Remounts, Dismounts, Starts, and introductory cornering and more
12:30-1:30 – Lunch (Burritos!)
1:30 – 4:30 – Afternoon Session including (functional) bunny hopping, shouldering, off cambers, 180s, stringing corners together, and more!
