Cycling BC Annual General Meeting

Our goal is to maximize opportunity for all members from across the province to join in and participate in the AGM. To this end, electronic voting for the Board of Directors election is available, and an option for electronic participation in the meeting will be assured.

In order to participate in the AGM and vote in the Board of Directors Election, individuals must be registered as a 2017 Cycling BC member by May 21, 2017.

If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, and would like to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf, complete the proxy vote form and email to admin@cyclingbc.net by June 14, 2017.

 Timeline
  • April 14 – Notice of AGM
  • May 21– closing call for Board of Directors notice of interest
  • May 26 – EXTENDED closing call for Board of Directors notice of interest
  • May 21 – date to determine list of members
  • June 14 – notice of proxy vote appointment required
  • June 21 – AGM
Board of Directors Election – VOTING IS NOW OPEN

Elections will be held for five (5) directors in 2017.  Interested parties have submitted their notice of interest in being elected to the board, and voting is now open. Click here to read more about the candidates, and to submit your vote.
