Phoenix Velo Time Trial Training: Everyone welcome

Test your fitness ( Riders do it in 21 to 45 minutes)

  •  16 kilometer course pan flat
  • Meet at 2887 Cole Road Abbottsford, just down from Cole Road Rest stop on Highway 1
  • 6:30 Sign on. First rider goes at 7pm $10 drop in fee (first one free)
