Road Bike Club Coach Development & Collaboration
Cycling BC is excited to host a 2-day community building and professional development opportunity for road bike instructors and coaches.
Cycling BC’s Head of Coach Development, Ben Chaddock, and Head Coach, Joel Harwood, will facilitate the 2-day session, accompanied by additional Cycling BC coach developers.
The experience aims to engage the Road cycling community in a meaningful discussion around provincial programming and coach education, provide an opportunity to start the NCCP coaching pathway, and have fun working on our Road bike coaching skills in person.
Participants attending Saturday receive credit for NCCP Basic Skills, and participants attending Sunday also receive credit for NCCP Club Skills (Road). As part of Cycling BC’s 2023 Coach and Club Development Initiatives, participants can register for FREE.
