OUR EVENT
The 1st Annual SHRED FOUNDATION fundraising event will take place in North Vancouver on September 7, 2019. The event will consist of participants enjoying mountain bike shuttles to various trail routes on Seymour Mountain guided by Wade “The Godfather” Simmons. Many other mountain bike professionals will be in attendance offering their expertise as well.
Endless Biking, a well-known North Vancouver mountain biking outfit, will be shuttling the participants to the pre-planned trail heads. There will be multiple ride route options to cater to all levels.

DATE: September 7, 2019
11:00am: Frist Shuttles from Parkgate – 3680 Mt Seymour Pkwy, North Vancouver
2:00pm: Last shuttle from Parkgate
3:30pm Dinner at The Raven Pub – 1052 Deep Cove Rd, North Vancouver
3:30pm Silent auction opens
6:00pm Silent auction closes
TICKETS
Each ticket costs $47.00 which includes a beer and a burger. Tickets will be available for purchase through our Facebook page.
A BIT ABOUT SHRED
The Shred Foundation was established by Wade Simmons (Professional rider, Red Bull Rampage winner and inductee into the Mountain Bike Hall of Fame) and David Drummond (big hearted, non-professional rider, lover of all things mountain biking). Both Wade and Dave have immense passion for the sport and are grateful to be able to work together to create a memorable day on the mountain and to raise money for a great cause.
The goal of SHRED is to provide financial support for local amateur up-and-coming mountain bikers so that they can more easily achieve their goals. The annual recipient will need to show athletic fortitude, community involvement, and financial need. The recipient will be selected from a list of recommendations from individuals in the industry.
