“The support we’re receiving is incredible. All the details are taken care of so we can focus on racing. I’m motivated to improve on my bronze medal from last year.” – Marsh Cooper

Day one saw some fantastic results in the time trial with Jasmin Glaesser winning the U23 category and coming third overall.
Two amazing rides of the race were done by Victoria riders Anika Todd (Tripleshot Racing) and Curtis Dearden (Russ Hay’s p/b Accent Inns) making podium appearances. Todd produced a brilliant ride for a silver medal in the elite category.
Deardon beat an incredibly deep field to take the win and the right to wear the maple leaf jersey for the next 12 months. Congratulations to Curtis!
