ANY 2nd year U17, Junior/U19 and U23 riders not currently licensed for Cat 2 may apply for a TEMPORARY upgrade here. Upgrade requests must be received no later than 4 pm Thursday, May 25th. Upgrade requests received after this time will NOT be considered.
Please only apply if you are not already a CAT 2 or are not eligible for a CAT 2 upgrade through the regular upgrade process (found here).
