When we arrived at the track with Allie Gunthrie, Rachel Carey, Jessica Reynolds, Sam Mulligan, Zac De Vries it was a little to damp to ride the track , so we set up some trainers and rollers to get the day started with a roller session. This was great experience for some of the newer riders as they had never done rollers before.
After our 1 1/4 hour roller session we broke for water and a snack and hit the track as it’d had a bit of time to dry out.
Sunday was a full on rain day, and with our new roller skills we were able to get in a full roller workout with Cadence Pyramids and Max cadance work.
All in all is was a great weekend to get to know each other and see what everyone can do! We’re really looking forward to more training opportunities and the Track events to get underway. A big thank you to all the sponsors and supporters that help make these possible!
