Annual General Meeting 2016

The Cycling BC Annual General Meeting will take place Wednesday June 15, 7:00pm at MEC Head Office, located at 1077 Great Northern Way, Vancouver, BC.

Our goal is to maximize the opportunity for all members from across the province to join in and participate in the AGM. To this end, the meeting will be teleconferenced, removing the requirement for members to be in Vancouver to participate.

Additionally, the 2016-17 Board of Directors will be elected at our AGM through an electronic voting process, which will occur in advance of the meeting, ensuring that every member has an opportunity to participate in the election.

We are looking forward to gathering our members and sharing the results of this past year. We hope you will mark your calendar and join us.

Cycling BC is seeking interested members to volunteer to be nominated for election to the Board of Directors for a term of one year, beginning at the Annual General Meeting, to be held June 15, 2016.
