Athlete Training Tip: Monique Sullivan

Monique Sullivan is an Olympian, a Commonwealth Games Bronze Medallist, a 2x Pan Am Champion and a National Record Holder 200m TT. Organization is what helps keep this track maven’s head in the race.

“On race days I get really nervous and sometimes it can be hard to eat breakfast and get my bag organized. To make it easier, I always pack my bag and plan out what I am going to eat the night before when I am less nervous and I have more time. When I wake up on race day I don’t have to worry about forgetting anything, and it help me stay focused on the race.” -Monique Sullivan
