This past weekend the BMX provincial team had a training camp at the BMX track in Abbotsford on Saturday. The athletes tested their bike skills in the rhythm section, worked on perfecting their gates starts. Lastly, they were super excited to learn how to go down the Supercross hill.
Can we just keep going down the Supercross hill?

On Sunday the team met at the Richmond oval for a Strength and Conditioning session. The athletes worked through the different Olympic lifts followed by a stretching and recovery session.
The athletes picked up the lifts really easily and performed them really well.
