Cycling BC would like to acknowledge all the hard work put in by the event organizers, volunteers and Cycling BC staff for last weekend’s BC Road Championships.
There were lots of positives from the weekend. However a number of issues have also come up, and we are working hard to try to fix them going forward.
I wanted to let you know that Cycling BC and the event organizer are working hard to make sure these things do not happen again. Due to the unexpected incident with having to neutralize the Master Men’s road race finish, we will be looking to re-schedule this event as soon as we can find an event, and give people time to plan for it.
We all want to make things better, and constructive feedback, more clubs to host events, and training more people will help, thank you.
